The 24-year-old victim, DR, told the police that he had an appointment with a woman namely KF. While he was talking to KF a 23-year-old man who was unharmed and who did not wear a mask appeared out of the bushes. The man who was later identified as PT grabbed the victim and threatened him before taking his money and mobile phone out of his pocket. After the robbery KF and PT went inside the house. The victim who had arrived at the house of the suspects in his car fled the scene on foot and asked a passerby whom he met at the corner of the Kwattaweg and the Contentstraat to call the police. The police tracked down the suspects before arresting them. KF and PT are currently in jail awaiting trial. The investigation is ongoing.
