Jeraino Pavion and 17-year-old Sonating Bokian fled from the center when they escorted outside to dump garbage in a container. Pavion was detained for a violent theft while Bokian was detained over a hit-and-run. Bokian who is too young to have a driver’s license did not pull over to help the victim who had reportedly sustained serious injuries. The police are urging people who spot these suspects to notify the authorities by dialing 115 immediately. The parents and relatives of these juvenile delinquents have also been asked to contact the Youth Affairs Division or the nearest police Station to hand them over to the authorities in case they show up at their homes.
