armed robbery charge after they had robbery a taxi driver in the  Christopher Kerstenstraat on May 28th. The police report indicates that the taxi driver was driving 38-year-old D.M. when the client suddenly asked him to pull over behind another vehicle. After the taxi driver had complied, four men excited the other vehicle and instructed the taxi driver to get out of the vehicle. The taxi driver refused to comply so the suspects assaulted and threatened him. He eventually managed to flee the scene. The four suspects managed make off with the car, telephones, jewels and a huge sum of money. The taxi driver had a head injury as a result of the assault. The suspects are currently in jail awaiting trial. The investigation is ongoing.
