Minister Bouva also asked for structural improvements of the Canawaima Ferry which plays a crucial role in the daily connection between Suriname and neighboring Guyana. Both parties indicated that they are willing to further strengthen the existing collaboration in order to strengthen the bilateral relations in the interest of sustainable development and regional integration.
