Police reports indicate that the lawyer was at the station to see a client who is currently in the jail house. After a heated discussion with a policeman the lawyer pulled out his gun and aimed at the policeman because he felt threatened. An assistant  prosecutor who was also at the station reportedly witnessed the incident and arrested the lawyer. The lawyer’s gun was reportedly loaded. Reports also indicate that the lawyer has a permit to carry a weapon. The police seized the gun and the ammo. The Capital Crimes Division that is tasked with the investigation pointed out that the susoect’s actions are legally unacceptable as there are no indications that there was a physical threat to justify using a weapon. The Public Prosecutor's Office made it clear that the actions of the suspect cannot be condoned under any circumstances and that the integrity and safety of the police buildings and the personnel must always be given priority.
