RL went to the police station with his attorney to surrender himself. Reports indicate that last Saturday investigators identified RL as the perpetrator and started making preparations to go looking for him so that they could arrest him. RL sent a message to the police to inform them that he would first take a herbal bath before paying a visit to the police station. The police officers decided to take immediate action and went to his house on Saturday afternoon but he was not home so they continued the search for the suspect. When the suspect showed up at the police station the next day, he was handcuffed and taken into custody. At his arraignment the suspect confessed to having assaulted the moped rider and his passenger with a metal object.
