of the work has not been completed yet. Minister Tsang pointed out that he was also discontent with the limited funds on the draft national budget for 2027. According to Tsang, the work has already started at several schools but he also explained that he does not have a complete list of the current state of affairs yet. Minister Tsang wants to know at which schools the work has been finished and at which schools the work must be continued. He explained that his ministry has received new requests for the renovation of schools. Minister Tsang explained that “there are multiple reasons for the delay.” “Many people were unavailable during summer vacation. The limited resources also play a role. We are not yet on schedule. If it were up to me the renovation at all of the schools would already have started,” said Minister Tsang who deemed it regrettable that no additional funds were added for his ministry on the draft national budget for 2027. Minister Tsang is counting on the government to make more funds available via other channels.
