are still being issued despite the fact that the government had assured them that it would put a freeze on it. They fear that the situation on the busy PL route will only worden as a result of this. According to the PL bus drivers, the PL route is already too crowded. The large number of buses on the PL route is creating a chaotic situation which is why they want the newly issued permits to be revoked. The PL bus drivers criticized the Ministry of Transportation, Communications and Tourism  (TCT) because new permits are being issued even though the same ministry had made it clear that there “are too many buses on certain bus routes.” They are therefore puzzled by the TCT Ministry's permit policy. The PL bus drivers also complained that buses from outer routes also pop up on their route. They want the authorities to take firm action against the trespassers.
