Communications and Tourism (TCT), Uraiqit Ramsaran. The president reportedly asked Ramsaran to remain at his post at the Ministry of TCT especially given the fact that he is familiar with the ins and outs at this ministry. He also asked Minister Ramsaran to wrap up several burning issues at the Ministry of TCT. Minister Ramsaran will reportedly discuss the president’s request with his party, Pertjajah Luhur (PL), before making a decision. Two weeks ago the minister handed in his letter of resignation after the PL had announced its exit from the Santokhi administration. The leaders of the PL party could not be reached for comment.
