Rudisa celebrates 50th anniversary

The Rudisa Group of Companies (Rudisa) has reached an important milestone in 2025 as it cel-ebrates 50 years of commitment, growth and connectedness.

From now until November Rudisa will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a large number of festive activities, irresistible prices and unforgettable events. With its spectacular promo campaign, exclusive loyalty programs and fun surprises Rudisa wants to thank its customers for always choosing its goods and services. “Oen ne prei has been our core value since 2023 and now everyone can witness our strength. People did not always know who we are and what we do and they also did not know that Rudisa is part of their lives. This year we want to show why Rudisa is a power to be proud of,” said the CEO of the Rudisa Group of Companies, Warsha Sardjoe at the kick-off of the celebrations of the company's 50th anniversary. From the moment it was founded on April 28th, 1975 Rudisa has grown from a simple video store, which was located in a bedroom, into an impressive conglomerate with 6 divisions, over 30 companies and activities in more than 8 countries. With about 1,200 loyal employees Rudisa is always ready to enrich the lives of its customers with a large range of goods and services.

‘Rudisa, Part of Your Life’ is the special slogan that will be at the center of all of the festivities this year. A special logo was also designed to symbolise Rudisa’s commitment to the community. The success of Rudisa is built upon strong core values. Rudisa aims at change and progress (we denki bigi) to have a positive influence on the world and to establish a strong foundation for future generations. It strives to reach sustainable growth for a better tomorrow (wan betre tamara) with its long term vision for itself and the community. When it comes to its work the company is always serious about delivering excellence (oen ne prei), while always empowering (oen tranga) its employees to grow alongside the company in a dynamic and safe work environment. Integrity (hor oen wortu) goes hand in hand with honesty, transparency and ethics. Rudisa also aims at innovation (we denki fara) by encouraging entrepreneurship, creativity and problem solving. As part of the activities aimed at celebrating its 50th anniversary Rudisa will also give back to the community by donating baby ventilators to local hospitals.

It will also adopt a soccer field to boost youth development through sports. Rudisa will also organize the Diamond Blue Kenny B Give Back-campaign which is an initiative aimed at lending a helping hand to poor communities. With a feeling of gratitude Rudisa looks back at five decades of growth and loyalty. “We are extremely grateful for the continuing support from our customers and we look to the future with enthusiasm.” Updates, surprises and events will be announced via the social media channels and the stores of Rudisa.
