honoured for their dedication, hard work and tireless efforts. It was a special ode to the people who form the heart of the company.

“This is a historic moment for our company,” said the CEO of the Rudisa Group of Companies,  Warsha Sardjoe, en-thusiastically. “Without your hard work and effort Rudisa would not have grown to achieve the current succes. This year we not only celebrate your loyal service but we also celebrate our 50th anniversary. It all started when a young dreamer namely Dilip Sardjoe decided to start a company at the age of 26. Now 50 years later that dream has turned into an impressive conglomerate with 6 divisions and more than 30 firms in 8 countries.

“Your commitment and hard work are the foundation of our success. Without you  Rudisa never would have become what it is today. I am certain that my late husband would be very proud of all that we have achieved together.  Your happiness is important.  If you are happy, the entire company blossoms. Let’s keep growing together as a family,” said the chairwoman of the board, Henna Sardjoe, proudly.

Several employees have worked for Rudisa for an impressive number of years.  Ray Sarjdoe, director of Rudisa Ship-ping NV, was honored for an impressive 35 years of loyal service. Perkash Ramsaran from Waterland Cement Indus-trie NV was honored for  32 years of service. Halliem Kariem from Rudisa Agencies,  Mahomed Hoesainkhan, Bibie Kaniez and Hosainbaks Firoz from Rudisa Woninginrichting also appeared on stage for  25 years of commitment to the company.

CEO Warsha Sardjoe was also among the hard workers because she has worked within the company for the past 19 years. She was honered with a loud applause from all of the other members of the Rudisa family who were present at the special ceremony. Together with the employees, relatives and customers Rudisa celebrated everything that has been achieved while looking forward to all that it will achieve in the future.
