Emergency services were called to Henllys Way in St Dials, Cwmbran, Torfaen, at about 20:40 BST on Saturday. Gwent Police said a 17-year-old boy remained in custody. The force added that it was not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident and said there would be extra officers in the area as inquiries were carried out. (BBC)
