Mark Samaroo, of Lot 91 Block ‘F’, North Sophia, Georgetown, appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court before Senior Magistrate Fabayo Azore, who read the charge. Samaroo pleaded not guilty to the charge, which alleged that on April 2, 2025, at Robb Street, Bourda, Georgetown, he unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm to Troy Anthony Adams.
