AmCham congratulates President Dr Irfaan Ali on his re-election

GUYANA - The American Chamber of Commerce Guyana (AmCham Guyana) extends its warmest congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali on his re-election as President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

AmCham Guyana fielded a large observation team of more than 90 members that monitored the recent elections in Regions 3, 4, and 5. The team’s observation spanned from the campaigning period to the opening of polls and the subsequent recount. Based on their findings, the observation team concluded that the entire process was free, fair, and credible. AmCham Guyana extends its sincere gratitude to the resilient staff of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) for accomplishing a truly Herculean task. We also commend all citizens who exercised their democratic right to vote and contributed to this important chapter in Guyana’s democratic journey.
