District Commissioner’s Offices because she wants to have a clear picture of the structural problems that are piling up. She made it clear that she wants to gather more information on the administration, personnel policy and internal communications. According to Minister Huur, her quick scan team has already screened the District Commissioner’s Office of the Saramacca District. The result of that quick scan cannot be used to formulate a policy. “I am missing crucial information from the Regional Development Directorate that coordinates the DC Offices. That is why I have given the order to restart the entire process again and more thoroughly,” said Minister Huur who added that the poor communi action between the executives and her quick scan team has resulted in the lack of sufficient information. The minister pointed out that the team did a good job and that it has already presented the first portion of the results but that essential information is still missing. The new round will include all of the DC Offices with no exceptions.
